The Harmo Brain Supplement Facts Panel
The panel as the seller’s label artwork prints it. Further down, the same rows are set out as a table that reads cleanly on a phone.

What The Harmo Brain Bottle Itself Says
The front label is short: three lines and the dotted wordmark. The panel carries the rest.

The front label names the product, the count and the category: Harmo Brain, 30 Capsules, Dietary Supplement. At one capsule a day, that count is exactly a month.
The panel on the side carries everything else. Its distributor block names Gluco Elixir of Aurora, CO 80011 as the distributor on the artwork. This website is run by Harmobraine, the USA Authorized Harmo Brain Retailer: orders go through the official checkout, and tracking and refunds through this desk’s own order support.
- Suggested use: “As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily.”
- Storage: “Store this product in a cool dry place below 30°C (86°F).”
- Keep out of reach of children; do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing
- Artwork code on the panel’s edge: ENB_234_02_111725
Reading The Harmo Brain Panel, Line By Line
The table gives every row as printed. The six cards under it say what each line means for the bottle in your hand.
| Row on the label | Amount per capsule | % Daily Value |
|---|---|---|
| Magnesium (as Magnesium Glycinate from proprietary blend) | 80 mg | 19% |
| Proprietary Blend | 575 mg | Daily Value not established |
| Blend contents, heaviest first | Magnesium Glycinate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Butcher’s Broom (Ruscus aculeatus) Root Extract, L-Carnitine, Turmeric (Curcuma longa) Rhizome Extract 95% Curcuminoids, Coenzyme Q10 (as Ubiquinone) | |
| Other ingredients | Hypromellose (Vegetable Capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide |
Serving size 1 Capsule, 30 servings per container. Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. Daily Value not established.
Serving size: 1 Capsule
One capsule is one serving, so every figure on the panel is per capsule. The direction matches it: one capsule daily.
Servings per container: 30
Thirty servings at one a day is a 30-day bottle, so two bottles are sized to the 60-day guarantee window.
Magnesium: 80 mg, 19%
Delivered as magnesium glycinate from the blend. The 19% is measured against a Daily Value of 420 mg, the figure the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements gives.
Proprietary Blend: 575 mg
Six materials and their combined weight, listed heaviest first. Its Daily Value line reads not established, as it does for most botanicals.
Other ingredients
Hypromellose (the vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and silicon dioxide.
The footnote
Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet, and the blend’s Daily Value is not established. Together they explain the percentage column.
The Five Other Ingredients In Harmo Brain
They carry no Daily Value and no dose. They give the capsule its shell, fill it evenly and keep the powder moving through the machine.
| Other ingredient | What it is | Why it is in the capsule |
|---|---|---|
| Hypromellose (vegetable capsule) | A cellulose derived from plants | Forms the capsule shell in place of gelatin |
| Microcrystalline cellulose | Purified plant cellulose | Bulks out and evens the powder in each capsule |
| Magnesium stearate | The magnesium salt of stearic acid | Stops the powder sticking to the filling machine |
| Stearic acid | A fatty acid found in many foods | A lubricant during filling |
| Silicon dioxide | A mineral, also called silica | Keeps the powder from clumping |
Is the magnesium stearate counted in the 80 mg?
The 80 mg line names its own source: magnesium glycinate from the proprietary blend. Magnesium stearate is listed separately, as an other ingredient, and is not part of that figure.
An Honest Read Of The Harmo Brain Blend
A proprietary blend is legal and common, and it leaves some arithmetic for the reader. Here it is, worked through once.
What the rule asks for
21 CFR 101.36 requires a proprietary blend to declare its total weight and list its contents in descending order of weight. Individual weights are optional, and this panel gives one only for magnesium. What the magnesium figure lets you work out
The 80 mg of magnesium comes from magnesium glycinate inside the 575 mg blend. If that is fully reacted magnesium bisglycinate, which is about 14% magnesium by weight, 80 mg of magnesium takes roughly 567 mg of it, leaving about 8 mg for the other five blend materials together. A buffered glycinate carries more magnesium per milligram and would leave more room. The label does not say which form is used, and it does not print the five amounts.
Two lists, one formula
The seller’s list names seven items; the panel lists six materials. The seven count magnesium and magnesium glycinate separately. Nothing on the list is missing from the panel, and the panel adds three forms: a root extract, 95% curcuminoids and ubiquinone.
What this means for you
Harmo Brain is a magnesium-led capsule with five smaller partners. If you want a set dose of any one of those five, a single-ingredient product that prints its amount is the way to get it. If you want the combination in one daily capsule, this is how it is built.

Everything the panel counts, in the order it counts it.
The Harmo Brain Label Caution, Word For Word

Caution, as printed
“Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for use for those under the age of 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers. Consult with a physician prior to use especially if you are taking a medication or have a medical condition.”
Which medicines does the caution mean?
The published research connects the six materials with diabetes medicines, warfarin, thyroid hormone and blood-pressure medicines. The safety page lists each one with its source.
Storage and handling
Store this product in a cool dry place below 30°C (86°F). Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.

Harmo Brain Label Questions
What is the serving size of Harmo Brain?
One capsule. The bottle holds 30 servings, so a bottle lasts 30 days at the label’s direction of one capsule daily.
How much of each ingredient is in Harmo Brain?
Magnesium is printed at 80 mg, 19% of the Daily Value. The six blend materials share 575 mg and are listed by weight, heaviest first: magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher’s broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and CoQ10.
Does Harmo Brain contain gelatin?
The other-ingredients line lists hypromellose, a vegetable capsule, as the shell. No gelatin appears on the panel.
What does Daily Value not established mean?
No official daily target exists for the blend’s contents, so no percentage can be given. Magnesium has one, 420 mg, which is why its 80 mg reads 19%.
Where is the lot number on a Harmo Brain bottle?
Where the bottle shows it, the lot and best-before are printed on the base. This desk’s filing reference is lot HAR-26/HA-4502; the batch page explains how to match a bottle to an order.
Is the Harmo Brain label the same as the one in the pictures?
The panel on this page is the seller’s own label artwork. If the bottle in your hand reads differently, the bottle is the document that counts; send a photo of it to order support.
Who Transcribed This Harmo Brain Label
Four commitments, each one checkable in a few minutes:
- The bottle is the source. The six blend materials, the 80 mg magnesium figure, the 575 mg blend total, the capsule count, the directions and the caution block come from the printed Supplement Facts panel. Contacts, the lot reference and the guarantee terms come from this retail desk’s own records.
- Research amounts live in their own column, headed “What studies used”, beside a column that says what the label prints. No sentence here moves a number from the first into the second.
- Sources are cited against their own population. Where a trial ran in people with a diagnosis, the sentence says so, and the result is not carried across to a healthy reader.
- Corrections change the date. Write to [email protected] and the review date moves forward.
We earn when you buy. Harmobraine is the USA Authorized Harmo Brain Retailer named at the top of this page, and this website makes money on orders placed through it. That is why the three-star roster lines, the note on what a proprietary blend leaves unsaid and the interaction list are printed here as well. Order support on +1 (302) 200-3480 handles tracking, changes and refunds; orders go through the official checkout only.
