Harmo Brain Disclaimer: What This Website Can and Cannot Tell You
Harmo Brain is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Its statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Research cited here describes the studies, not the capsule, and review figures come from this desk’s own buyer roster.
Below: the label’s caution, the interactions, the research, results and earnings.
The FDA Statement On Harmo Brain

The Harmo Brain label carries the statement every dietary supplement making a structure or function claim must carry: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.”
The FDA is not authorized to review supplements for safety and effectiveness before they are marketed. So no supplement carries an FDA approval, and this website never describes it that way. The roundel on the artwork reads “Registered FDA Facility”, which is a statement about where it is made.
Food, sleep and activity matter to how anyone feels day to day, and a capsule sits alongside them rather than in place of them.
The Harmo Brain Label Caution, Word For Word
Quoted in full once, then broken into the five things it asks.
Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for use for those under the age of 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers. Consult with a physician prior to use especially if you are taking a medication or have a medical condition.
The Harmo Brain label
- Not for anyone under 18.
- Not for pregnant or nursing mothers.
- Do not take more than one capsule a day.
- Taking a medication, or living with a medical condition? The label asks you to consult a physician before use.
- Do not use the bottle if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
Where A Harmo Brain Ingredient Meets A Medicine
The caution names medications in general. These six are the specific published points, each linked to its source.
| Ingredient | Medicine or condition | What the research says |
|---|---|---|
| Alpha lipoic acid | diabetes medicines and insulin | Alpha lipoic acid has been linked to insulin autoimmune syndrome, a rare cause of low blood sugar, in case reports. (source) |
| Coenzyme Q10 | warfarin and insulin | NCCIH notes CoQ10 may interact with the blood thinner warfarin and with insulin. (source) |
| L-carnitine | thyroid hormone (levothyroxine) | L-carnitine acts as a peripheral antagonist of thyroid hormone at trial doses of 2 to 4 g a day. (source) |
| Magnesium | bisphosphonates and some antibiotics | The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements lists oral bisphosphonates, tetracyclines and quinolone antibiotics as medicines magnesium may interact with, and notes that diuretics and proton pump inhibitors can change magnesium status. (source) |
| Butcher’s broom | high blood pressure | Ruscus acts on alpha-adrenergic receptors and tightens veins, which is why it has been proposed as a remedy for low blood pressure. (source) |
| Turmeric extract | liver conditions and pregnancy | Turmeric products have been linked to liver injury, and NCCIH says turmeric supplements may be unsafe in pregnancy. (source) |
Harmo Brain Research Versus The Capsule
Every research amount on this page is the amount a published study gave. Harmo Brain prints one amount, 80 mg of magnesium; the other five materials share a 575 mg blend, so none of these trial figures describes the capsule.
What the label prints
Magnesium 80 mg, 19% DV, and a 575 mg blend total. Those are the capsule’s numbers.
What studies used
Amounts, durations and volunteers from published trials, kept in a column of their own.
Why they stay apart
A trial result belongs to the product and the people in that trial. None of them tested Harmo Brain.
What Studies Used, Next To What Harmo Brain Prints
Every figure in the second column is a study’s; every figure in the third is the label’s.
| Ingredient | What studies used | What the label prints | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate) | A median 368 mg a day for about 3 months across 34 blood-pressure trials. Adult RDA 310 to 420 mg from all sources; 350 mg a day is the upper limit from supplements. | 80 mg, 19% of the Daily Value | Zhang X, NIH Office of Dietary Supplements |
| Alpha lipoic acid | 600, 1,200 and 1,800 mg a day in diabetic nerve trials. No dementia trial met Cochrane’s criteria. | Second in the 575 mg blend | Hsieh RY, Sauer J |
| Butcher’s broom root extract | 150 mg a capsule, combined with hesperidin methyl chalcone and vitamin C, in vein trials. | Third in the 575 mg blend | Boyle P |
| L-carnitine | 1.5 g a day for 10 weeks in prefrail older adults; oral doses of 1 to 6 g are 5 to 18% absorbed. | Fourth in the 575 mg blend | Badrasawi M, Evans AM |
| Turmeric extract, 95% curcuminoids | 90 mg of curcumin twice a day, in a high-absorption form, for 18 months. | Fifth in the 575 mg blend | Small GW |
| Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) | 400 mg a day for 12 weeks in adults averaging 74; blood levels rose, muscle mitochondria did not change. | Last in the 575 mg blend | Schmücker M |
Every research amount on this page is the amount a published study gave. Harmo Brain prints one amount, 80 mg of magnesium; the other five materials share a 575 mg blend, so none of these trial figures describes the capsule.
Harmo Brain Results Vary
Individual results vary. How anyone feels from week to week depends on sleep, food, stress, activity and health, and a once-daily capsule is one small part of that picture.
Harmo Brain has not been the subject of a published clinical trial as a finished product. The research on this website is about its ingredients, in the amounts and people each study used, and it is cited so that you can read it yourself.
Where this website describes a timeline, such as judging the capsule between weeks four and eight, it is describing what this desk’s buyers reported and the length of the refund window, not a promised result.
Harmo Brain Review Figures Are This Desk’s Roster
Whose numbers these are
The 4.5 score, the 1,066 written reviews, the 8,681 orders, the 88% recommendation rate and the eight printed buyers come from this retail desk’s own buyer roster. They describe those buyers, are not typical results, and are not in this website’s structured data.
The Words On The Harmo Brain Artwork

The seller’s artwork uses stronger language than the label. The label describes a mitochondrial and circulatory formula; the artwork says “Boosts Focus”, “Supports Memory”, “Enhances Clarity” and “Natural Nootropic”.
This website shows that artwork where it belongs and quotes its words as the artwork’s. It does not adopt them as its own claim in a title, a heading or structured data, because advertised health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence and no trial of the finished capsule is published.
How This Harmo Brain Website Earns
Harmobraine is a USA Authorized Harmo Brain Retailer and earns on orders placed through the checkout on this website. That incentive is stated on every page, in the byline, and it is the reason the three-star roster lines, the interaction table and the note on what a proprietary blend leaves unsaid are all printed.
Links to research go to the publishers and public agencies that host it. None of them is paid, and none of them endorses the product.
Who Writes The Harmo Brain Disclaimer
Four commitments, each one checkable in a few minutes:
- The bottle is the source. The six blend materials, the 80 mg magnesium figure, the 575 mg blend total, the capsule count, the directions and the caution block come from the printed Supplement Facts panel. Contacts, the lot reference and the guarantee terms come from this retail desk’s own records.
- Research amounts live in their own column, headed “What studies used”, beside a column that says what the label prints. No sentence here moves a number from the first into the second.
- Sources are cited against their own population. Where a trial ran in people with a diagnosis, the sentence says so, and the result is not carried across to a healthy reader.
- Corrections change the date. Write to [email protected] and the review date moves forward.
We earn when you buy. Harmobraine is the USA Authorized Harmo Brain Retailer named at the top of this page, and this website makes money on orders placed through it. That is why the three-star roster lines, the note on what a proprietary blend leaves unsaid and the interaction list are printed here as well. Order support on +1 (302) 200-3480 handles tracking, changes and refunds; orders go through the official checkout only.
